These Terms of Service govern your use of our app and website. Please read them carefully. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Welcome to our platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country, if higher) to use the Service and engage in Pi transactions.
Accounts are authenticated via Pi authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may require additional verification only if you request supplemental documentation regarding your transactions (e.g., to resolve a copyright dispute).

User Content

You may upload images and related information. You represent that you own or have the right to share the content you upload.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your uploaded content as part of the Service.
You retain ownership of your uploaded content unless you transfer or sell the copyright through the Service. Licensing your content does not transfer ownership—it only grants others limited rights to use it under the terms of the license.
We may require additional verification only if you request supplemental documentation regarding your transactions (e.g., to resolve a copyright dispute).
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload unless and until you sell or otherwise assign your copyright. Licensing transactions grant rights of use but do not affect your ownership. By submitting content, you grant the Service the necessary rights to operate and improve the platform. All trademarks, logos, and Service-related intellectual property remain the property of the company or its licensors.

Marketplace Transactions

Users may sell copyright ownership of images or offer licenses to images via the marketplace. Licenses allow buyers to use the image under specified terms, while ownership transfers convey the copyright itself.
All transactions must be conducted exclusively using Pi cryptocurrency.
We act solely as a facilitator of these transactions between users. We are not a buyer, seller, or licensor, and we are not a party to the agreements formed between users.
We are not responsible for payment disputes, fulfillment of sales or licenses, or the future value of digital assets.
If a copyright ownership dispute arises, we will provide proof of purchase records, including blockchain transaction details (Pi network), and will supply further documentation upon request.
All transactions are final unless otherwise required by law.

Credits & Pi Payouts

The Service records earnings as account credits within the app ("Credits"). Credits represent amounts you have earned from licensing, ownership sales, and other platform activities and may be withdrawn by requesting a payout in Pi.

Payout requests: You may request a payout at any time. A payout request converts all available Credits in your account into a single Pi disbursement.
Cooldown period: After submitting a payout request, you must wait 12 hours before submitting another payout request.
No custodial holding: The platform does not hold Pi on behalf of users. Credits are an internal accounting balance; a payout request instructs the Service to remit the equivalent amount in Pi to you.
Net of fees: Credits reflect amounts net of platform commissions and any applicable fees; the amount remitted on payout will be your earned Credits after such deductions.
Delays or withholding: Under normal circumstances, the Service will process payout requests. Payouts may be delayed or withheld only where reasonably necessary, for example if (a) the associated content or transaction is the subject of a report or dispute; (b) the content triggers automated safety systems (including CSAM detection) that require review; (c) you have breached these Terms; or (d) the Service is required to do so by law or a competent authority. If a payout is delayed or withheld, we will notify you and provide information about the reason and any steps you may take to resolve the issue.
Finality: Subject to the foregoing, there should be no other reason the Service will refuse to remit earned Credits as Pi. All payout determinations are final except where reversal is required by applicable law or court order.

Fees & Commissions

We collect a5% commission on all copyright ownership sales.
We collect a10% commission on all licensing transactions.
All auctions conducted on the Service are subject to a 5% commission on the winning bid.

Auction Rules & User Responsibilities

To participate in an auction, users must first pay a 10 Pi deposit.
Only users who have paid the deposit are allowed to place bids on active auctions.
If a user places a bid, they are expected to pay the full auction amount within 24 hours of the auction closing. Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and the next highest bid will become the winning bid.
Deposits may only be withdrawn once a winner has been determined and has completed payment for the auction. Users without active bids may withdraw their deposits at any time.
Once a winner has been determined and the winner has completed payment, remaining bidders may withdraw any outstanding deposits in accordance with the platform's withdrawal procedures.

Community Guidelines & Prohibited Conduct

Do not upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates laws.
Do not post offensive, misleading, harmful, or illegal material.
Do not engage in fraudulent activity, spamming, or harassment.
Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise abuse the Service.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of content, uninterrupted availability, or future value of marketplace assets.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new revision date. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless prohibited by law.
